Centre-based Clinician Information

There may be occasions when a staff member’s ability to carry out their usual work activities is limited under Working From Home (WFH) conditions. On such occasions, the Open Arms -WFH Activities List contains a range of ideas for activities that staff can do. The list is located at TRIM Record Number 20212414E and covers a range of staff roles and tasks. It also contains details about the activities, how to action and where to seek further information. Before engaging in any of the WFH Activities, staff must first seek advice and approval from their line manager.

DVA ICT Pandemic Support - User Guide

If you are experiencing a general ICT issue while working from home, please follow the steps outlined below to seek support:

1.  At first instance, call the Services Australia Staff Emergency Information Line on 1800 155 093. If the issue you are experiencing is reported on the IVR as a known issue, please continue to call periodically for updates. If the issue is not known (not reported on the IVR), please go to step 2. 

2.  Access mySupport via the intranet and use the search function to find any relevant articles to assist you in resolving your issue. If there are no relevant articles, please raise a new mySupport request. If your request is not urgent, you can check the status by logging on to mySupport periodically and clicking ‘my requests’.

If your request is urgent / critical to your role, please contact the Incident and Escalation Support team on 02 6298 6424.
